« Initial communication with the owner was a bit hit and miss, due to emails not getting through to them from the third party booking company. But once we had contact all was good. Wendy the owner wasn’t happy as we had a small dog and she had to collect payment from us it should of been paid prior to arrival. And the fact it was cheaper through you.
