It's about 10 minutes to the base of the mountain and less than 30 minutes to the top. Bar/Restaurant gas/convienience near by.Everything in the house worked fine. Nice BIG yard with a small fenced in area for dogs. « The cabin was cheery and bright. Very clean and very well appointed with kitchen condiments and spices for cooking. If you forgot an item in your travels, Tyler had it available for use.
