« We were in town for a 2 day swim invite at Luther College and this worked perfectly for us. It was just a 0.7 mile walk to the pool or a couple minute drive so easy to get back to between sessions. The apartment was decorated very nicely, had comfortable beds & the kitchen was stocked nicely with coffee pods & snacks. »

« Highly recommend this property! Owner is very accommodating and responsive. Unit is very, very clean, well organized, and well stocked, even including a cooler bag and outdoor chairs. Beds are very comfortable. Towels and linens are nice. Location is in the heart of downtown with easy walk to dining and nightlife. Beautiful view of basilica spires. Would stay here again. Of note: We were a little concerned when we saw the steep stairs on the outside, but rest assured- that is just a fire...
