« This is a little gem in Hanoi. It is tucked inside an alley but don't let that get in the way of thinking that any standards were compromised. The location is superb - about 15 min to Old Quarter and there is great shopping nearby. It is also close to a few major embassies, so it is safe and walkable, even late at night. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet at night. The hosts are wonderful and will go out of their way to help you. Amazing value for money!!! »

« Everything is very good, the hotel owner is friendly and the guide is very enthusiastic The driver took us to the wrong location but the hotel owner booked another car for us, which was really nice for this The room is fully equipped with a kitchen for cooking, my wife really likes this, and the balcony is large enough for me to sit and smoke and watch the city. If I have a chance, I will return to this apartment. »

« Very cute and well-designed apartment. Heaps of local food places around the area. The cafe downstairs is definitely a plus if you’re the type that needs a little pick me up on the morning. The host was helpful and so were the other staff at the cafe with any questions during the stay. »

Honestly, it has been the best place I have lived in Hanoi! Nothing bad to talk about them. »

« Emplacement parfait proche du vieux quartier (15 minutes à pieds a peine), la rue du train est toute proche, par hasard c’est là que nous avons mangé le premier soir. Accueil agréable, la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement, eau tiède pour se doucher, mais ce n’est pas très dérangeant vu la chaleur à Hanoï ! Hôtel très bien tenu, très propre, une femme très gentille étend votre linge avant même que vous ne le fassiez ! L’ascenseur est apreciable. La rue est calme et vous n’entendez pas...

« This was a great place to stay. Staff were lovely and work very hard. The whole place was immaculate and housekeeping do an amazing job. If there is any room for improvement i would suggest a roof garden or pool along with information about the area would have been a great addition to the experience. »

« This property comes with no amenties, or even hand soap. The property is rather worn but the main issue is small ants on every surface. There were over 100 tiny ants in the bed. They got in my hair, my computer, my suitcase. Ants everywhere. I had to shift to a different hotel because there was no way to keep the ants out of my computer or bed. Expedia was NOT helpful in resolving this. »
