« This is a beautiful house in a idylic location. Our three couples had a comfortable, enjoyable stay - stunning sunsets, water access and nearby bike trails. We are giving five stars because of the property. We should take off points for the manager, but were so impressed with both the home and the location, it would not be fair the owners to present anything less than five stars. « We rented this house for a short visit for the 2024 solar eclipse. Had a great view of the sun over Lake Champlain! The house was perfect for my wife and me with our 20 month old toddler - just needed a baby gate to keep her from dashing up to the loft. »

« We came up for the eclipse and this house was perfect. The rear deck faces South so it got great sunlight (or lack of sun during totality haha) and the weather held up. Everything was communicated clearly and thoroughly via Evolve. No issues with getting to the property or checking in. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. Well appointed kitchen and great heated mud room to dry up snow and wetness. »

« Really nice space at an affordable price. Kitchen and game room were awesome, check-in/out super easy. Longer drive to Stowe than we thought because Smuggler's Notch was closed. Master bedroom shower faucet was out but hopefully that's been fixed. »

« The house is cozy, clean, and welcoming. There are views from every room. The beds are super comfortable, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The location is perfectly situated between Waterbury and Stowe Village, and only about 30 minutes from Mount Mansfield. The homeowner is very responsive, which is always appreciated.
