The house was immaculate, much cleaner than many hotels I've used. And it just has so much room. It's in the perfect spot - out of the way yet not too far away so you can get to a grocery store in a few minutes. Everyone said that they would like to come back for another stay. »

« I have hesitated to write this review because we did enjoy the property. First the many good things - space and layout were awesome. 2 master suites plus 3 other bedrooms. 5 baths. Also a kids room with games and hangout space. 2 living areas and large dining room Well stocked kitchen. Location was nice and outside space was beautiful. So what didn't go well. To the owner - you need to get an electrician into the house to check outlets and switches. Many did not appear to work and lights did not...

« We had a wonderful stay at the Bayou Chalet. We came with 2 Dads and our 2 sons for a 4 day ski race at Mt. Ellen at Sugarbush. The house was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable and a great mud room for all of our gear. We were very close to both mountain bases and a short drive to Waitsfield. John the owner was super responsive and kept checking in to make sure we were having a good time. We all said that we loved the place and would definitely come back! »

« Myself and 8 of my closest friends and family stayed at Kyle and Alexa’s beautiful Stowe chalet! It was a beautiful home. It had everything we needed and more! It is truly the ideal getaway house. The location was perfect! We were never traveling more than 10 minutes to get to town, a brewery, a mountain resort, etc. the only thing we’d recommend, being in a house full of girls, is a full body mirror somewhere! We all hope to make it back to Stowe some day and would LOVE to stay in their home...
