« We had a wonderful stay at this Sonoran Sun penthouse in December. The two bedroom unit on the 7th floor was clean, spacious, and set up nicely, with incredible views that we enjoyed throughout our stay. The penthouse layout provided plenty of room to relax and made the experience feel both comfortable and special.Boan was an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. He was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish.We would absolutely stay here...

« If you want the true rocky point experience, this is a great place to stay. You are in the heart of malecon and basically on top of all of the best restaurants, shops and clubs. The house itself is in a great gated common area that felt safe and had plenty of areas to enjoy the weather from. This is how to experience the real rocky point vs a resort. »

DirecTV was an unexpected bonus as I was able to watch a little college ball. Condo is located right on the beach so you have amazing views. Owner is very responsive and very helpful.
