« Blatant false advertising. The listing made it look like you were staying in a building with direct beach access, and instead we were shoved in what looked like rundown apartments a mile back in the woods because these “Villas” were actually privately owned buildings that were separate from the REAL hotel in the pictures besides shared access to amenities on property. I didn’t book a “resort on the beach” to have to drive a mile from my unit to a parking garage and then lug all my beach bags on...

« The floors were dirty, the shower was dirty , they didn’t give us the correct parking pass which made the resort leave a bad letter on my truck, the kitchen sink doesn’t work hardly at all, there was nothing to sit on except one of two beds, our room constantly smelled like marijuana due to someone smoking it in a room near us »
