« Overall a good, spacious house for the price.We had an issue with the pool being pretty dirty when we arrived but it was eventually taken care of. Not sure why it wasn't cleaned the day of our arrival. There was also not enough wash rags available to take baths and showers when we arrived. We went out and bought our own. We were refunded but it's the inconvenience. One thing that's not really apparent from the pictures is the driveway is a pretty steep incline. This can be a dealbreaker for...

« Great experience. Very clean, comfy beds, fantastic kitchen. The handle on the master bedroom didn’t turn from the inside, so I was locked in my room. That needs to be fixed. Otherwise, everything was fantastic! »

« The property being small still accommodated 8 people comfortably! Location is perfect just a short walk to grocery stores,lcbo, confectionery store and park for young kids ! Nice quiet street and deck was a great addition to enjoy the beautiful sunshine ! Thanks »

« We (4 adults, 4 kids ages 4-8) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paul and Paul's place. They are excellent and responsive hosts. The property was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the first aid kit was a nice addition. The street the house is on is quiet with little traffic and its location made it easy to access key points around Sudbury (5 min to groceries/pharmacy, 15 min to Science North). We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the house. »

« We enjoyed our stay very much; the home was in a quiet neighborhood, close to the market, shops and parks and we were able to walk our dogs to the marina and back in a short time. The home was very clean and the kitchen completely equipped for us to prepare and eat meals when we wanted. It was less than a ten-minute drive to Sailor’s Encampment, where we were able to watch freighters - close up, that were going up the river to the locks. « The property was perfect, with lots of space to relax. The host, Williamina, had the kitchen stocked with all the essentials needed to make a nice breakfast and the bathroom stocked with lots of clean towels. We had beautiful weather that allowed us to enjoy the patio and BBQ after a day of sightseeing on lovely Manitoulin Island. »

« This is a great house with a big yard to hang out in and play games. The deck is nice to sit on and enjoy the lake. Great fishing is close by. The host responded right away with any questions. There wasn’t anything that we needed that wasn’t there. We would definitely book this place again. »

« Very unfortunate experience with our first VRBO booking. After driving for 9 hrs we arrived at the property only to find another party already there. Apparantly the property had been double booked. I understand mistakes and oversights happen but after a long day of travelling this is not what .you want to run into. The owner did not answer the phone we we called to resolve the issue and I had to spend over an hour on the phone with VRBO to get a refund and then our party of 4 had to crowd into a...
