Failed to send entry codes-didn’t tell cleaning staff we were arriving so they had to clean the whole Casita while we waited. Company said they would work out compensation for the delay in check in availability but never got back to us. Not sure it is worth it. »

« This place is a great option if you want to be in the middle of the Whiskey Row night life! It's a little dated inside, but it has everything you could possibly need and more. Being right next to the bars, it is a little loud until closing time, but that's to be expected. The bed is comfortable, and the jetted tub was amazing! We had some issues getting in due to the digital lock batteries dying, but we called and got assistance pretty quick. »
