"They changed or reservation, type of room. Tried to blame me for the error and didn't offer any solution. The only person that could have helped us was the manager who wasn't there until the next day. The people at the frint desk where inderstanding but they had no solution besides listening to me."

"Aucun ménager fait pendant les 6 jours que nous avons passé à cet hôtel. Aucune boutique ouverte ni restauration. Tout est délabré. Pour la piscine, il y avait une grue donc non accessible. Pas d’eau chaude pour notre première journée. Propreté très douteuse dès notre arrivée à la chambre. Il y avait du popcorn par terre et des cheveux qui ne nous appartenaient pas dans la salle de bain. Bref un hôtel que vous ne devriez pas recommander."

"La nourriture est correcte, le personnel est très gentil par contre les chambres et la salle de bain ne répond aux standards de l’hôtel, pour le prix qu’on a payé, on aurait pu prendre un motel saurait été la même chose . Toilette pas propre, manque de propreté "
