« The size and location was great. Two areas could use improvements. 1 the bar stools seat covering is peeling off so we put towels on them as the covering was literally falling off. 2 There is one kitchen cabinet door that has literally fallen off. 3 The flatware needs some improvements there were 4 metal forks the rest were plastic which worked but weren’t optimal. 5 the deck was awesome but the yard was overgrown and was basically like straw so the kids couldn’t go off the deck. »

« Really nice. Came in to visit our son at USAFA for parents weekend. We always look for a place with ample space, and a calm/quiet feel to relax. This house was in a nice, quiet neighborhood, with lots of space. Exactly what we were looking for. Very clean and comfy. Host was super responsive. »

« The check-in process was easy, so was check out. The house is very clean and has everything you might need, including some baby/kid items. The rooms were very clean and had plenty of toiletries and clean towels. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There are some trails behind the house that were fun to explore. We would recommend this rental and definitely consider staying here again. »

« We stayed for a USAFA event. It is a bit far from USAFA compared to some other locations, but never took more than 30 mins to make the drive (it was a weekend so rush hour not a factor). The owner made personal contact (not a faceless big company property), and showed interest in our comfort/enjoyment. What more can you ask of a host? »
