« Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but we were quite disappointed that the pool wasn't operational. When we booked, I reached out to confirm the pool would be available, and I was assured it was, with an option to pay extra for heating. Because it was not open, we wouldn't have chosen this location. « I wonder if this hotel is understaffed. The staff who were there were very nice, but we had to get things for ourselves--more tissues off the housekeeping cart. Also, I said in advance I needed non-feather pillows, because I'm allergic to feather. No one switched the feather for foam before I got there, and then they only had one foam pillow to give me! (Which they handed to me in the lobby, so I carried it up myself.) »
