« Front desk was extremely nice. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Room was clean. Location was perfect for us. Downside was the AC unit was not working well. Humidity in the room was uncomfortable. Was only there for 2 nights and did not want the bother of changing rooms so it was not brought up to the staff. We're only there in the evening and for sleeping so it was bearable. »

« The hotel was excellent the manager at the front desk middle aged lady was absolutely rude. Staff at breakfast and Starbucks should be the managers they know what customer service is. Hotel was great , happy hour snacks were for toddlers, goldfish, veggies with no dip, and chips. »

« When we checked in into our room, the TV did not work at all, nor did the telephone for us to call the front desk to report this issue. The furniture in the room has seen better days. We called from our cell phone to report the issue with the TV and the room phone, and both were corrected in a few hours while we were out at dinner.
