Rules for this unit are as follows:

- No unregistered guests on the property

- Smoking is not permitted

- No glassware around the pool

- No parties or loud noise

- Must be 21 years of age or more to rent



Guest Access:

The entire villa, pool and garden are yours.



The Neighborhood:

Bubali is a residential area in Noord between Eagle Beach and Palm Beach, next to the Bubali Bird Sanctuary.



- Eagle Beach: about 5 min drive

- Palm Beach and the hotel strip: about 5 min drive

- Supermarkets: about 3 min drive

- Restaurants on J.E. Irausquin Boulevard and Palm Beach: 5 min drive

- Oranjestad: about 10 min drive

- Arashi Beach and California Lighthouse: about 12 min drive



Getting Around:

Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA) is 15–20 minutes by car. Taxis wait outside arrivals, and car rental desks are at the airport. With 6 bedrooms, plan on one or two rental cars; Arubus buses run on the main road toward Palm Beach and Oranjestad.

Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested 24 hours before and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.



HOUSEKEEPING:

This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.



BEACH ESSENTIALS:

We provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.



CONCIERGE SERVICE:

Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.
