Be spoiled with this white heaven with a touch of sandy colors in a ground floor unit with Jacuzzi. This condo is located on the ground floor at Indigo Building of Blue Residences. A well-chosen furniture with a decorative back splash in the fully equipped kitchen. Orange cushions, decorative beach ornaments and colorful pictures on the wall make your beach escape perfect.
The air-conditioned two-bedroom apartment features a white master bedroom with a king size bed and a full bathroom. On the second bedroom you will find two turquoise beautiful double beds and a full bathroom. However, the best feature will be to be outside with the Caribbean breeze in your private patio looking at the ocean and the bubbly Jacuzzi. What not to love from this condo: private patio, own Jacuzzi, ocean view, pools right there, just a few steps away, and cozy air-conditioned unit.
We want you to feel entirely relaxed and welcomed here in this Condo, where you will be trapped by the attractions and amenities from the complex.

• Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am
• Free Wi-Fi in the unit and common areas.
• Cable TV with flat screen in bedrooms and living room.

Decent place

Condo was ok. Short on wash cloths and dish clothes. Couple things did not work on arrival, but were corrected quickly. Pool area was nice, quiet if that is what your looking for. Condo itself showing lots of wear. Nothing special nothing bad, just drcent.

Excited to try a new place. Disappointed when the fridge froze all our groceries. Dryer did not work. No refund or only half the appliances not working. Beds were okay not good. Kids were excited for hot tub but the mosquitoes were so bad we couldn’t use it for more than 4 minutes.property manager said we would have a refunds for all the issues but did not receive anything. Wont be staying here again unless they refund then I would give it another chance just because the location was nice.

Relaxing

Check-in was a breeze, the air conditioning worked great, the humidifier was an added touch. We utilize the kitchen and the back patio a lot since we had a toddler with us. The pool in front of our condo was closed a few days, but we just walked over to the other pool or walked to the ocean, which was right across the street. I do advise renting a car so you can go downtown or up to Palm Beach. We couldn’t figure out how to get the dryer to work in the unit, went to the front office and someone assisted us right away. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, relaxing setting

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay. Being on the 1st level made it easy for the grandparents & children to easily access the pool area. The place was clean & space was inviting. The pool area is relaxing and not crowded. We enjoyed using the hot tub & grill on the patio and the chdren had fun on the playground. A toaster would have been helpful in the kitchen, but otherwise adequately stocked for us to prepare the groceries we brought. Our only issue was the beds in the 2nd bedroom, which were not comfortable for us adults (the kids slept just fine on them after long hours playing in the pool.) Check in and out process was very easy! Thank you for a nice stay.

God Awful

3 1/2 hour check in process and found out an hour past the deadline to check in they never sent anyone. Once in we had bug issues, hot tub was green, missing sheets on beds and had to use a blanket, 4 total towels for 5 people, and the master bed was broken. We are told we will get help every 5-10 min. 3 days in we just checked out and when to another hotel. Our whole family was fighting as this was stesssful and we couldn’t go to dinner or beach as we are waiting for help that never arrived. We also had to reschedule our daughters sweet 16 dinner and moved it two days out and still couldn’t get there on time cause building issues. Oh also there water main broke so bring drinking water. They waived one night and been waiting still to get my money back from the days we weren’t there. Don’t expect to be able to get any kind of assistance in a hour or less and that’s if you’re lucky.

Family vacation

This property was very clean, easy access to the beach, pool and restaurants. It was just exactly as advertised. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It would be helpful to have additional coffee cups, chairs for the outdoors and a toaster. Great family vacation in a beautiful location!!!

Lovely stay!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay! The location was ideal and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer inside the unit was a big bonus and helped a ton! The private hot tub was great for late night relaxing, and our family enjoyed the pools and property hot tub as well. We were able to rent Bird scooters and ride to dinner if we didn’t feel like walking. The property was clean and the office staff was helpful for booking additional tours around the island. While we rented a vehicle, we could have easily stayed here without one as many of the tours offer pickup outside of the security gate. My only suggestion would be blackout shades for the master bedroom; but then again, we didn’t really want to sleep in and miss out on our time visiting Aruba. Our family was very comfortable and I would definitely come back and book again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful island with us!

Comfortable stay

Located between Palm Beach and Eagle Beach and easy access to nightlife at the high rise section. Conda was clean, spacious and perfect for our family of five. Pool was great and resort was quiet which made for a great quiet vacation.
