The Neighborhood:

Welcome to the peaceful retreat of our place in Noord, Aruba!



Here, guests can expect a tranquil atmosphere amidst a charming local community. Our property provides easy access to nearby amenities and attractions. Tourists can find groceries and everyday essentials at supermarkets nearby, just a 10-minute walk or 5 minutes drive away.



For dining options, visitors can explore nearby eateries along Palm Beach or Eagle Beach, offering a variety of brunch and dining experiences. While attractions within walking distance are limited, guests can enjoy strolls through the neighborhood's picturesque streets, taking in the local ambiance and architecture. Our place serves as a serene base for exploring the island's renowned beaches, national parks, and cultural landmarks, all within a short drive from this tranquil neighborhood.



Situated just a short drive from several renowned destinations, this property offers a peaceful retreat while providing easy access to the island's top attractions. Palm Beach and Eagle Beach, known for their pristine sands and vibrant atmosphere, are within a 6-10 minute drive from Rooi Santo. Explore the stunning landscapes and cultural sites of Arikok National Park, approximately 20-25 minutes away by car, or enjoy panoramic views and breathtaking sunsets at the California Lighthouse, a 10-minute drive from the neighborhood. Aruba's lively capital city, Oranjestad, known for its Dutch colonial architecture and cultural attractions, is also within easy reach, approximately 13 minutes by car.



While our place may not have famous attractions, its convenient location makes it an ideal residential base for exploring what Aruba has to offer.



Getting Around:

Getting around our property is very convenient. From the airport, taxis are readily available and take around 17-20 minutes to reach the property. Rental cars offer flexibility for exploring the island, with many agencies nearby.



While the main bus terminal is in Oranjestad, buses provide access to various parts of the island, including Noord.



Additionally, Palm Beach is pedestrian-friendly, with amenities within walking distance. Driving is on the right-hand side of the road. Taxis don't use meters, so agree on fares beforehand. Additionally, trolley tours are available in Oranjestad for guided sightseeing.

TAXES:

The following mandatory taxes are included:

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT:

Check-in time is 4:00 PM.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested 24 hours before and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.



HOUSEKEEPING:

This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.



BEACH ESSENTIALS:

We provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.

Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.
