Please respect the property and its contents: furniture, appliances, and decor should not be moved or removed.
Garbage should be disposed of properly in the designated bins.

Damage and Missing Items:
We kindly ask all guests to take care of the home as if it were their own. Any damages to the property, or missing items such as towels, bed sheets, pillows, beach chairs, sunshades, or any other equipment belonging to the house, will be charged accordingly.
An inventory is maintained, and replacements or repairs will be deducted from the security deposit if necessary.
Please notify us immediately if something gets broken during your stay — we appreciate your honesty.
