pro: location, beach, weather
cons: rude staff, poor customer service, limited dining options, watered-down drinks, being rushed at the table, poor housekeeping(hair in bed, hair in the shower and bathroom floors); fridge not stocked up with water. Since the fridge was empty at our room and was not being re-stocked, and the cafe in the main lobby was closed, I stopped at the front desk.
Mary at the front desk was bothered and had an attitude simply because I asked her for bottled water. She talked back to me stating I should be getting water from a restaurant, but when I asked for bottled water at the restaurant, I was told to get it at the front desk. Paying for an all-inclusive hotel, I should not be asking for a minimum service that should already be provided to me. Also, I had to call housekeeping because our room was not cleaned until late afternoon and we did not get clean towels.
I will not be returning to this hotel and do not recommend it to others because of poor customer service and lack of effort to make our stay a pleasant one.
