« I booked this apartment so our big group of friends can hangout together while visiting Bangkok.. the host never made me feel secure about my booking . Were trying to make sure everything ran smoothly when we reached Bangkok from Phuket but I had no help .. we had two van transports to take us to the apartment but as soon as I got there I didn’t have a code to get in .. the drivers were doing their best to help us and one ot the neighbors too but since they didn’t know the host they couldn’t...

« We were a group of seven adults. The house is very nicely designed but very poorly equipped. Not enough dishes, water cups, coffee mugs, silverware and pots and pans even for 4 !! Sophia was responsive but couldn’t help stock up for necessities. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood tucked away all the way at the end of the street which is very peaceful, loved the house itself but hope it had more kitchen necessities, hand towels, etc. Sophia did admit to make it a better place!! »
