« The hotel was hard to find. We could not enter the building until another person staying there let us in. We could not find the passcode to unlock the key lock box. I contacted Expedia several times and they did their best to contact the hotel owner. Took about an hour and the hotel staff finally came out and showed me how to enter the code and unlock my keybox. I realise there is a language barrier, but it was very frustrating when we were waiting in the hot lobby trying to contact someone....

« ロケーション的には新世界、難波にも近いので いいですね。 とにかく今回の宿泊も部屋もベッドも広い。 APAは良いホテルですが、 どこも11㎡。 とは言えAPAより凄く高額ではない。 このホテル、カードキーを抜いて、 また挿すと、テレビがオンななり、 ホテルの宣伝ビデオが放送されます。 それが嫌いでした。 フロント方に話したら、 キーを一枚追加してくれました。 その意味は キーを挿しっぱなしにして外出して良い と言うこと。 エアコン付けっぱなしにする リスクもあります。 なのに利用者の気持ちになって 提案してくれました。 素晴らしいスタッフです。 個人的には、 シャンプー、ボディーシャンプーが 高級品なのか余り 泡立たないのが イマイチでした。 »

« Honesty this is not a hotel it’s worse than a hostel. You don’t even get a bed to sleep on you are sleeping on a mattress. It’s very unfortunate the conditions that you are put into . The area is super sketchy so many homeless people. People are urinating in public along with just feeling unsafe. No amenities are given such as the basic extra towels and tooth brush. Everything is an additional charge. Do not stay here only as a last resort . »
