« I stayed here some years ago and this property was great. It’s really gone downhill since the last time I was there. The downsides were the room was pretty filthy and the mattress protector underneath the sheets looked like it had never been cleaned, and had all kinds of interesting stains. When we walked in one of the drapes was completely down and the window was open, (as in unlocked). Make sure you check that, especially if you’re on the ground floor. « Nous avions une chambre donnant sur deux routes à forte circulation et la chambre était très bruyante malgré la fenêtre fermée. Le couloir était très éclairé même la nuit et la porte laissait passer un éclairage important dans la chambre. Dans la chambre d'a côté, il y avait un chien qui jappait de temps en temps au moment de s'endormir. »

« We didn't have towels in our room upon arrival- and when we asked for some they only gave us 4 even though our room was set up for 6 and that's how many travels we had. We asked for a later check out and that was denied. They said there was an issue with my deposit and if I didn't give them my card number again it wouldn't be returned. Our shower didn't drain properly either. Bedding was stained and had holes in them. »

« Enjoyable outdoor area for gathering. Accomodations were a good rate. Only complaints are the room itself was smaller than anticipated, very limited refrigerator space and no continental breakfast. Food at the grill with Starbucks in the lobby was great but especially expensive. Staff were wonderful. Access to area dining, shopping and entertainment was excellent. Would stay there again. »

« The property grounds were overgrown, it took several rooms for us to get one where everything worked. In our room we stayed in, the toilet didn't flush. The staff told us they would fix it and never did. Front staff wasn't available most of the time. I can't believe a national hotel chain would put there name on it when the property was so run down. We wouldn't never stay here again and would recommend others do the same. I'm requesting a refund. »
