« Sale. Poussières poussées dans les coins. J’ai retrouvé une frite par terre, élastique et poussières, cheveux dans la salle de bain. Une serviette avait un amas de poussières dessus.
Chambre donnant sur la piscine comme si vous étiez dans l’eau aussi. Vous ouvrez le rideau vous êtes avec les gens directement )Du coup super bruyant jusque 22h (la fermeture de la piscine).
Rien d’un Radisson (pour les français).

« Rooms were very dirty. Had new white bottom sandals I only wore in the room and the soles were black when we left.
Stayed 2 nights . Had no maid service the entire stay. Bed was never made and didn’t get any clean towels. The man at the desk was very nice and got us towels.
When we arrived we asked about a room with a higher toilet and was told their handicap rooms were on the second floor and they had no elevator only stairs . I said that can’t be true. And finally he found us a handicap room...

« This charming B&B in Grand Haven was clean and spacious in a lovely residential area surrounded by other old homes of the period. The renovations and updates done to it were incredible and belong in a magazine. It was nice to sit on the front porch and read early in the morning or chat with other guests. « In my opinion the reviews do not do this property justices. The most important part of a stay is the room quality and the room was outstanding. The whole property area was clean. It is an excellent pool area with the option of the indoor or outdoor pool. Hot tub was excellent as well. Staff were friendly. And all the basics were within walking distance. Great place to stay. »

« Nice little hotel overlooking a lake. Enjoyed the deck overlooking the water and the fresh cookies at 5pm. Front desk(Kyle) was amazing! Easy check in, great suggestions for local food.
The only downside was the odd layout of the room. A huge bathtub sits in the middle of the room. Also there are two showers heads in the bathroom with no sink. The sink was located outside the bathroom next to the entry door?
