« My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the first day, the door to my room was broken and remained an issue throughout my stay. Basic necessities were also unreliable the water would randomly shut off multiple times throughout the day, making it difficult to shower or even use the sink consistently. Housekeeping was another major problem. I requested room cleaning on several occasions, yet repeatedly returned to find my room untouched. Even something as simple as getting clean...

« This place was excellent and I would definitely stay again. The only issue was the amenities. My husband and I had to wait 30 minutes for an extra towel. Then we were told that we would have to wait an extra 20 minutes for wash cloths and they never came. Other than that, it’s a nice place just bring your own towels and wash cloths. »

« I’m sorry but this was the worst bed experience I have ever had at a hotel or apartment. The bed is hard as a rock I had to pile up blankets and pillows to sleep on top of. We left for two nights and slept on the island just to get a better bed!! The house next door is a complete disaster. My jeans were moved and no one was at the desk to handle issues after like 8pm. Hot water last 5min. Internet slow and unusable except for the tv. The stove can’t fit two pots at a time so you can only use one...
