The holiday flat is located directly on the Baltic Sea cycle path along the Baltic Sea coast to the seaside resorts of Kühlungsborn, Heiligendamm or Warnemünde. The steep coast of the Baltic Sea is 200 metres away as the crow flies, with a staircase leading down to it. The sandy beach of the Baltic seaside resort of Nienhagen can be reached in 5 minutes by bike. In 15 minutes by bike you can reach the popular fishing village Warnemünde incl. dream beach. About 800 metres further west is the beautiful sandy beach of the Baltic seaside resort of Nienhagen. 8km to the east is the old fishing village of Warnemünde with its beautiful beach and many bars and cafés. The holiday flat is strategically located between the Baltic seaside resorts of Kühlungsborn/Heiligendamm and Warnemünde. The Baltic Sea cycle path is only 200 metres from the flat.
