« Stayed here overnight. Really great breakfast and the full kitchen made it easy to cook a meal in. Room was great for two adults and two teens. We were there in summer and the only downside was it was hot and with the balcony doors open you got street noise, smoke from other balconies and bugs. We didn’t sleep very well.
I can imagine in ski season it’s perfect. »

« Where to start.
No instructions given via Vrbo (as told via Expedia listing) on how to check in. Found the key in an envelope with my name on it, nobody to be seen. Tried contacting via Expedia to see how to check in and got an answer 12 hours later - terrible service from Expedia also.
Once checked in, an elderly gentleman found us to introduce with broken English but very friendly and very polite. Wanted the city tax in cash which was no problem, but no introduction or conversation about...

« Ein außergewöhnlich guter Service! Supernettes kleines Suitenhotel. Ort, Lift und Therme fussläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Hervorzuheben ist der besonders zuvorkommende Service, der wirklich außergewöhnlich war! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, vielen Dank dafür! »

« Yes the stay was good. Central location.
Only issue was that the is no front desk staff and email with check in code did not arrive in time.
Amazon does not have a good setup with the small local places. Communication is usually not great.
