The home is decorated nicely and is impeccably clean. It was perfect size for just the two of us but four would be comfortable as well. There are bunk beds in one room and a Queen in the other, nice comfortable pillows and blankets, & the couch is cozy and comfortable! It was nice to have the apps preloaded and signed on already on the TV. It is within walking distance to the downtown area, Niantic Boardwalk, and we enjoyed a hike on the nature trail across the street. A few minutes ride to Stop & Shop, as well as several nice restaurants. There is a gas station right across the street as well. We enjoyed breakfast at âThe Shackâ and purchased some fresh seafood at the âFlanders Fish Marketâ. The only thing I would suggest is to put a table lamp and some TV trays in the living area. Hard to hold a drink while sitting in the couch with nowhere to put it down, I was worried I would spill it so that took away from the comfort a little but not enough to effect my coming again! Next time Iâd bring my lap tray. It was also hard to read a book on the couch at night with the lighting arrangement as the stairway light doesnât provide bright enough light to read on the couch at night. A few more dish towels would have come in handy, there was one. There was plenty of bath towels and a few washcloths. Overall a very nice stay and I would visit again with a few minor things Iâd bring to make the stay perfect!
