Your health and safety are our top priorities. We thoroughly clean and disinfect the entire space after every stay.



🏡 House Rules:



🚭 No smoking and no parties. Violations may result in a $1000 fine.



🤫 Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect our neighbors.



🐶 Pets (dogs only) are welcome with a $41/night fee, max 2 dogs. No cats, sorry!



🚫 Unauthorized guests will incur a $50/night per person fee.



🛎 Amenities & Essentials:

We provide a starter kit of essentials (toilet paper, soap, towels, etc.). Guests staying longer may need to restock supplies during their visit.
