The Space:

The home sleeps up to 4 guests:

Large main bedroom with queen bed

Second living area with TV and sofa that converts to a comfortable double bed

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is warm and intimate, designed for slow mornings, long conversations, and quiet evenings by the fire.



With parking space for a boat, you may plan adventures — but many guests decide the

views and comfort are reason enough to stay in.



Perched above the clouds, The Roost feels wonderfully remote, yet is only a 20-minute drive to the golden sands of Sandy Bay, Whale Bay and Matapouri Bay.



Guest Access:

You'll have full private access to the home during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

Relax till the last minute - Linen Hire & Departure clean are included with all bookings.



The bed linen configurations are supplied up at our discretion based on the number of people booked.  Double, Queen, King beds will be automatically assigned to 2 adults unless otherwise advised by you at the time of booking.

If you require any additional linen changes during your stay then this will incur extra costs as per our terms and conditions.



Prior to arrival we will email you the Directions and key location for the property you have booked will be provided to you within 7 days prior to your arrival.



Interaction with Guests:

We typically leave guests uninterrupted, however we are local and neraby if you need anything.
