Staff were friendly and helpful.
Downside is that is didnât cater for English speakers. All tourist info was in mandarin.
It is a fair way from the main town but good too explore the north of Palau »
"Although I had booked a room for one night, I couldn't stay there: a bad storm hit the island few days before we arrive and the generator broke down. Nonetheless, the driver was waiting for me at the airport and drove me to the hotel I was rebooked at. It was very good and no surprise with the price. Excellent customer service despite the situation they had to go through. Will definitely give it a try again."
