The Space:
The lodge offers a spacious retreat for groups of up to ten guests, nestled between two working dairy farms. The open-plan living area, encompassing the living room, dining room, and kitchen, forms the heart of the home. This space seamlessly flows onto two decks, providing options for sun or shade. The ground-level deck is an ideal outdoor entertaining area, complete with a BBQ and outdoor furniture, and connects to the second living area. The master bedroom is a spacious haven with a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, bathroom, and a separate toilet. Bedrooms two, three, and four are located on the ground floor and share a full bathroom. Bedroom five, situated upstairs, also features a king bed, a small kitchenette, and a full bathroom. Throughout the house, you'll find touches of love and care, making it a stunning holiday home.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the whole property while you're staying at the Lodge.

The Neighborhood:
Karapiti Lodge is situated in Ngakuru, just 20min drive from Rotorua City. In addition to this, the house is just 8min drive from the Waikite Valley Hot Pools and the Waikite Valley Golf Course, both excellent facilities.

Getting Around:
Please note that having your own vehicle is recommended during your stay, as public transportation in the Ngakuru area is limited. The nearest major airport is Rotorua Airport (ROT), approximately a 45-minute drive away. Taupo Airport (TUO) is also an option, about an hour's drive.
