Modern and cozy summer house in beautiful Balka

There is space for six guests, spread across two bedrooms and extra sleeping places on the loft. A truly lovely and exciting summer house for the modern family, situated on a natural plot just 175 meters from Balka's beautiful and child-friendly sandy beach.



The house has an open to the ridge design, which combined with large windows creates a spacious and very bright atmosphere. In the house's large living room, you can relax delightfully while watching TV, listening to music, and in the winter, enjoying the warmth and cozy atmosphere of the wood stove. In the open, well-equipped kitchen, it is a pleasure to prepare delicious holiday meals.



From the living room, there is a ladder to a large loft, where you can chill out in bean bags while watching TV (equipped with both Chromecast and Apple TV). There are also two sleeping places. The bathroom has underfloor heating as well as a washing machine/dryer. Four bicycles are available for short excursions.



The house also impresses outside. There is a lovely, partly covered wooden terrace available, equipped with various garden furniture and a grill, so you can end one or more wonderful vacation days with a cozy barbecue evening. The house is situated on a fenced, sandy plot that gives the feeling of being on the beach, and allows children to play with sand. There is also a cozy fire pit and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand.



It is only a very short walk to the popular Balka Beach, where you can spend hours bathing and sunbathing, and you live just a few minutes' walk from restaurants, kiosks, shopping opportunities, etc. The house is located between the charming towns of Snogebæk and Nexø - both with good dining options, fine shopping opportunities, and sweet shops, where among other things, you can buy the unique ceramics and glass art the island is known for.
