Welcome to Østerschjøn, which is our gem on Balka! - 238 sqm private holiday home, with only 400 meters to Denmark's most beautiful and child-friendly beach. In addition to a lovely living room and 35 sqm large garden room, the house also has 6 bedrooms and a sofabed for 2 persons, in the Livingroom upstairs. There is a kitchen and bathroom on both floors, so you can easily plan a holiday together two families, two generations or just friends who want to go on holiday together.



On the 1st floor there is also a Playstation and board games and for the youngest, a travelbed and high chair for the baby, and a Stokke kids chair as well.



The large garden invites to coziness and play, there are plenty of cozy nooks, with both a wooden terrace outside the garden room and a smaller covered terrace under the house balcony.



In addition to the beach, there is a forest with a bike path "in the backyard". There are 2.6 km to Nexø along the path and 2.7 km to cozy snogebæk. With only 7.1 km to Dueodde beach, based in Balka, you have the opportunity to visit some of the beaches that have been voted not only in DK but also voted as some of Europe's best and most beautiful beaches!



Did you know that Balka Beach has been voted Denmark's most child-friendly beach? - This is because the water is often calm, as the beach is sheltered from the westerly wind, and then there is also very shallow water.
