Literally a stone's throw from Porth Beach, this lovely holiday property is designed with beach days in mind. With a bright, home-from-home feel, its open plan living spaces mean everyone can come together after a day spent splashing in the waves or sunbathing on the sand, and a fantastic furnished balcony overlooking the beach and Mermaid Inn is the best place to enjoy outdoor dining or watch the world go by. The compact but well-equipped kitchen includes a washer/dryer, making holidays hassle-free, and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with the main bedroom showcasing close-up beach views from its window.

The real highlight here is the location. Wake up, grab your beach gear and be on the sand within minutes. Porth Beach is one of Cornwall's most family-friendly beaches, with a wide stretch of golden sand, rock pools to explore at low tide and plenty of space for children to play. After a day building sandcastles, swimming or enjoying coastal walks, stroll off the sand and straight into your holiday home for a relaxing evening with dinner, board games or a movie, or pop across the road to Mermaid Inn for a meal out.

Porth itself has everything you need close at hand, including cafes, shops and restaurants, while some of North Cornwall's most loved destinations are just a short drive away. The golden sands of Watergate Bay, the surfing beaches of Newquay, the picturesque harbour at Padstow and miles of spectacular South West Coast Path are all within easy reach.

We ask our guests for a £150 Good Housekeeping Bond, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Alternatively, a one-off, non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £30 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.

1 dog accepted: Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per dog per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
