The Space:

Finished to a high specification throughout, the apartment boasts expansive sea views from almost every angle and a rare wraparound balcony that encircles the property, providing multiple seating areas to soak up the scenery, sunshine and sea air throughout the day.



At the heart of the home is a bright, open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that flood the apartment with natural light and open directly onto the balcony. The living area is stylish and comfortable, with a large smart TV. Whilst the sleek, high-spec kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and a coffee machine, perfect for relaxed breakfasts or entertaining. Air conditioning for the summer months completes the package.



The master bedroom is a luxurious retreat, featuring a superking bed, desk, smart TV and air conditioning. Sliding doors lead out to the balcony, where sun loungers and sea views create a tranquil space to unwind. The ensuite bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower.



A second superking bedroom also enjoys balcony access and coastal views, while the third bedroom is a comfortable twin. The twin can also be made up as a superking on request. These two rooms share a contemporary bathroom with a sleek walk-in shower. Both of these bedrooms have portable fans. Families are well catered for with a travel cot and children’s dinnerware provided.



Practical touches include one allocated private parking space, with a second available on a first-come, first-served basis. Plus access to an on-site EV charger (fees apply). Up to two dogs are welcome for a small fee of £30/dog.

Porth Beach, just moments away, is a wide, sandy bay ideal for swimming, paddleboarding and relaxed family days. At low tide, rock pools emerge, making them perfect for exploring with children. The beach is lined with cafés, pubs and restaurants, all within seconds to a few minutes’ walk. The Mermaid Inn, right on the sand, is a favourite for easy family meals and evening drinks. For more refined dining, Porth Beach Hotel & Restaurant and SeaSpace offer stylish menus and sea views. Roo’s Coffee is perfect for takeaway drinks and snacks, and in spring and summer a stone-baked pizza van often appears nearby.



The South West Coast Path runs directly through Porth, offering spectacular clifftop walks towards Newquay or Watergate Bay. For a shorter stroll, cross the footbridge to Porth Island, a peaceful spot with panoramic views and unforgettable sunsets.



A short drive or scenic coastal walk brings you to Newquay, home to world-famous surf beaches like Fistral, a lively harbour, boat trips, shops and family attractions such as the Blue Reef Aquarium. To the north, Watergate Bay offers sweeping sands, excellent surf, kite surfing and renowned beachside dining.

Getting Around:

For guests with vehicles, the apartment provides one allocated parking space and an additional space on a first-come, first-served basis. An EV charger is also available for your convenience (charges apply).



For those arriving by air, Newquay Airport is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive away, with taxis and car hire readily available. Newquay also boasts a train station, a quick 5-minute drive from the apartment, offering connections across the country and throughout Cornwall, including services to Penzance. Public bus services are easily accessible, with stops located right outside the apartment.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is on the top floor (third) and is all on one level once inside. It's accessed via stairs.



The twin can also be made up as a superking on request.



For larger groups, there are another six 3-bedroom apartments in the building that are available for booking. Two are on each level, with the penthouse on the top floor.



The parking area is fitted with CCTV for the security of your vehicles.
