Avoid this hotel at all costs – it is not a 4-star property, it is a scam.
We booked this place expecting a proper 4-star experience, but what we got was a filthy, rundown building that felt more like a roadside motel. The carpets in the halls were covered with mud, the carpets in our room had blood stains, crumbs, and hair everywhere, and the bathroom was so disgusting that it was hard to even take a shower. The bathroom window looked like someone had vomited on it, and the sink was covered in dirt. There was nothing clean in the room at all.
On top of this, the staff were completely unhelpful. We traveled with a baby and specifically requested a ground-floor room in advance. Instead, we were placed in the very last room on the third floor with no lift suitable for a baby stroller. For three days we had to carry the stroller up and down the stairs. We repeatedly asked for a baby bed (three or four times) and were told “yes, of course” every time – but it was never delivered.
The rooms are tiny, far from what is advertised. The breakfast started off acceptable on the first two days, but by the third day it was obvious they were just serving leftovers from the previous day, including iced fruit that had gone bad.
We felt cheated and scammed. For the amount of money we paid here, we could have flown to Spain and stayed in a real 4-star hotel with proper service and hygiene. This hotel completely ruined our holiday.
