Fantastique appartement penthouse au bord du lac avec balcon

Cet appartement d'une chambre a Ć©tĆ© entiĆØrement rĆ©novĆ© pour 2015. Il occupe un emplacement fantastique avec vue sur le parc et le lac de plaisance. ƀ quelques minutes Ć  pied, vous trouverez le zoo de Newquay, des courts de tennis, Crazy Golf, un centre de loisirs et un chemin de fer miniature. Sur le parc est un salon de thĆ© en direction du zoo et en face de l'appartement est un cafĆ© populaire qui devient un restaurant trĆØs frĆ©quentĆ© le soir. Encore quelques minutes Ć  pied et vous serez dans le centre de Newquay oĆ¹ vous pourrez explorer l'une ou l'ensemble des 5 belles plages avec de nombreuses activitĆ©s, y compris des Ć©coles de surf. Rendez-vous Ć  Lusty Glaze pour essayer le jet ski, la descente en rappel et bien d'autres ou descendez vers le port de Newquay et rĆ©servez un safari en mer oĆ¹ vous pourrez voir les dauphins. La ville de Newquay possĆØde divers magasins, pubs et restaurants, notamment Frankie and Benny's et Walkabout.

L'appartement est moderne, propre, confortable, possĆØde son propre espace de stationnement et la base idĆ©ale pour revenir aprĆØs une journĆ©e d'exploration de Cornwall. Le salon dĆ©cloisonnĆ© est un espace familial parfait avec une porte ouvrant sur le balcon, mais a l'intimitĆ© d'une chambre sĆ©parĆ©e. Il y a de la place pour 4 avec un lit double dans la chambre et un canapĆ©-lit dans le salon qui est idĆ©al pour 2 enfants ou un adulte. Il est trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ© avec four, plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes, rĆ©frigĆ©rateur / congĆ©lateur, TV / DVD combinĆ©s, tĆ©lĆ©vision par cĆ¢ble, wifi, lave-linge, jeune fille, aspirateur, fer et planche Ć  repasser si vous en avez besoin. La salle de bain a une douche dans la baignoire et un meuble sous lavabo.

This was our 3rd stay at this property and once again it didnā€™t disappoint. The apartment is very clean and has all that you would need for a break away. It is situated in a beautiful area, out of the town but close enough to walk.We were very lucky with the weather and so most mornings we had breakfast on the balcony watching the world go by.The only downside of the apartment is the steps but after a couple of days you donā€™t notice how many there are. Also helps to burn off the extra calories from the cream teas and pasties.We had to contact the owner over a minor issue and they were very quick to respond and get sorted.We will be back again.

Flat is fab, great location and just as the description. Couple of cleanliness things gave me the ick (prob down to who services the flat and not the owner). Overall the apartment was fabulous although the bathroom was a little small. Very well equipped, especially in the kitchen. The water pressure was brilliant which was great when showering. The only thing lacking in the bathroom was toilet roll, less than one. T roll provided. There was everything we could want for our stay. The bed is a memory foam mattress which was perfect for a good nights sleep. The views from the balcony onto the boating lake was great. Newquay town centre and other local attractions are all walkable but thwre is also a bus stop close by. Was a great base for visiting the areas surrounding Newquay. The only let down was the cleanliness in the kitchen area. It was as though it had been missed as crumbs were on the work surfaces and the handles ofvthe units, in particular the fridge were dirty. Easily resolved by some antibac wipes. Everything else was spotlessly clean. Lovely apartment and would definitely choose to stay there again.

Overall I can recommend this apartment in Newquay. The location of the apartment is within a small and quiet street. You can walk within 15 mins to the town centre/ beach/ supermarket (Aldi or Lidl). The apartment is spacious, has a fully eqipped kitchen, a private parking spot, a nice view from the living room and a separate bed room. The bathroom is quite small, but it is ok if you have a slim figure. Things that could be improved: The adress of the apartment is not shown correctly in Google Maps. It will direct you to another building in the same street. The owners of that building told us that we were not the first ones which thought that the apartment is located in their building although in realtiy it is located in a different building of the same street. In addition to that we had an issue to lock the main door. Surprisingly you had to lift the door handle before you can lock the door. Although that seems to be normal for Cornwall/England, it was totally unexpected for us (and I believe for others from outside England as well). Unfortunately it was not mentioned by the owners and it took us 15 min to figure out the locking mechanism of the door. However, those things are only minor issues as the overall apartment can really be recommened and is rather cheap compared to other apartments in that area.

We had a good stay at Trenance Court. I would perhaps recommend to friends and family in the warmer months but the heating was too inconsistent for the cooler months. Here are the main points: Pros: - Friendly and bright aesthetic, very much a seaside theme - Clean property - Lovely private feeling - Owners just a phone call away - Fully equipped working kitchen - Beautiful lake just across the road with a cafe and pedal boats for hire - Nice short walk into Newquay proper - Dedicated parking spot just outside Cons: - Listing amenities mention a dryer- there is a washing machine and a drying rack, to be clear. - Heated by several electric heaters located around the flat. One of them (closest to the door) emitted a faint burning smell when active so we avoided using it. Heating is inconsistent and either becomes extremely muggy or ice cold. We would wake up at least once a night to adjust the heating. - Towels looked crisp and clean but we both noticed they gave off a very strong damp smell- it might be time to purchase new towels for the property. - The boiler, though it seems to work just fine, appears to supply just about enough hot water for one good shower per 1.5 hours. It posed quite the difficulty when we both wanted a nice hot shower after an ice cold sleep. On the whole, I would characterise it as a good stay and a good base to explore Newquay.

We had a good stay at the apartment. There was enough space for all of us. But it was dusty and the door was covered in cobwebs when we arrived. It's very nice to have a washing machine but we missed a clothesline.

The apartment had everything we need for a weekā€™s stay. It was clean and well decorated and came with soft fluffy towels. Prime location next to a quiet lake. Nice restaurant next to the lake. Another nice restaurant near the garden next to the lake. 30 minutes walk to Tolcarne Beach and Great Western Beach. Sofa bed was a little hard and the apartment was on the second level and quite a walk from the carpark. It was not a problem for our young family but something to note as this may not suitable for everyone.

This apartment is nice and well equipped. The exterior of the complex is a little shabby, but it is very well maintained inside. The location is excellent - very convenient for getting away from Newquay to explore the rest of the county, whilst still being close enough to walk in to the town (albeit with a significant hill). Having the park directly opposite the property was lovely.

This apartment was wonderful! Overlooking the boating lake in Newquay. Very well appointed with the exception of toilet paper. I had to duck out to buy some as soon as I arrived. There are quite a few stairs to access the apartment, but once you are there, it is fantastic.

Gezien de recensies hoopten we op een zeer schoon appartement. Helaas was dit niet zo. Remsporen in het toilet, vloer was niet schoon, plakte. Haar in de koelkast. Tip voor de eigenaren. Koop een, maar beter twee, braadpannen/wokpan. Er was nu een oude kromme koekenpan die amper contact kon maken met de kookplaat.
