 - Smoking is not allowed.

 - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.

 - Pets are allowed at the property.

- a security deposit for the use of the hot tub and extra added luxuries in the lodge. Paid before key exchange upon arrival.

- a small fee for guests sleeping over 6 people any age.
 - additional people over 6 will be charged £40 per person per night paid before arrival.
