Here, you will find a convenient utility room with a wash/dryer and a separate cloakroom with a wash basin and WC. Stairs then lead down to the lower ground floor, a cosy little den complete with a comfortable sofa, and television. There is also a desk, providing a study space, should you need to work while away. The second entrance, located at the front of the house, leads directly to the main street, just moments from Towan Beach.

On the first floor, you will find bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two features a 6' super king-size bed (which can be converted as twin single beds, on request), a television, fitted wardrobe, sliding Juliet balcony with glistening sea views and an en-suite shower-room. Bedroom three features 3' twin single beds (which can be converted as a super-king size bed on request), a fitted wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom.

The master bedroom is located on the second floor, boasting a sumptuous 6' super king-size bed, a television, fitted wardrobe, Juliet balcony with sea views and a sleek en-suite shower-room. While bedroom four houses comfortable twin single beds. The family bathroom completes the second floor, beautifully appointed with a bath with shower over, wash basin and WC.

On the spacious third floor, enjoy unforgettable moments with loved ones in the bright, open-plan living area, which seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining, and sitting spaces. Large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with natural light, offering unparalleled views across Newquay Bay. The sitting area is designed for comfort, with a plush sofa and a swivel cuddle chair, positioned perfectly to utilise the view. Open the Juliet balcony and sip your morning coffee while watching surfers glide across rolling waves.
