This beautiful top floor apartment has a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with amazing cliff top views over Porth Beach, Whipsiderry Bay and the coastal path between Porth and Watergate Bay. The master bedroom has a super king bed and outstanding views across the bay. The second twin bedroom has two single beds. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath. There is a washing machine in the apartment for your use. With communal gardens, drying area and picnic benches the outdoor space is perfect to watch the sunset over the ocean.

The property is located a 5 minute walk from family friendly Porth Beach and its general stores, pub/restaurant and small cafes/bistros. Coastline 18 is dog friendly and is located on the Porth to Watergate Bay coastal path which is a short 15 minute stroll away to Watergate Beach.

This property is perfect for couples aged 25 plus and families. Please note there is no lift access available. For insurance purposes we are unable to accept groups of any description or couples under 25 and will not be able to confirm your booking.

Now accepting minimum 3 night breaks with any start day during summer holidays.

good location for dog walks and exploring the coast, 5 min walk to Porth beach, although it is quite a steep walk back up the hill for those less able. The apartment was cosy and homely and equipped to a high standard. The bed was very comfortable and the views were breathtaking. Not sure if there was a quick turnaround between us staying and the last people as the cleanliness wasn’t as good as it could be, bit dusty, few hairs here and there . We were on the top floor so again for people less able No 18 might not be easily accessible as there are 3 small flights of stars to climb . We enjoyed our stay at Coastline court, having proper central heating and excellent Wifi was a lovely bonus!

What a little gem!

July 2024. What a lovely property. Very very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and well equiped and the view from that huge window! Wow. Communication - Had a small problem with the freezer when we arrived at 7.30pm, phoned the given number and someone was with us within half an hour. Great service. Area - communal picnik table and grass area, 5 min walk to Porth beach, the first of many in the area, 40min walk to Newquay Town. Coastal path right outside taking you in both directions around a stunning coastline with lots of bays with smugglers caves and lots of coffee /lunch stops. Hiring of beach/surf equipment on Newquay beach is very reasonably priced and would wholeheartedly recommend doing coasteering with'Barefoot coasteering' Only downside was the seagulls roost on the flat roofs at night and they don't seem to go to sleep!

A great find for a stay in Newquay area

We really enjoyed our time at 18 Coastline Apartment. It was perfectly located with great walks on the doorstep, easy access to all local beaches and good pubs that were walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed for our 1 week break, it was comfortable and homely and has the most amazing views which changed daily pending on the weather. And best of all, views of the sunset from the lounge and bedroom. It's been refurbished to a great standard, beds were comfy and kitchen well equipped. I would highly recommend it and we shall certainly return.

Great location

Looks a bit utilitarian outside but beautifully decorated inside, and you can see the sun set over the sea from the lounge. Fabulous beach 400M away
