The house was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had plenty of room for 6 adults to mingle while also having space. It was close enough to the main road for access to everything we needed, while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very accommodating and communicative. Highly recommend. »

« We had a great stay here over Christmas - the house was perfect for what we needed - three families, close to attractions, comfortable, lots of communal space but also a space to step away so it didn't ever feel too crowded even though there were a lot of us. The kitchen was really well stocked - far better than most vacation rentals - so we could cook a large dinner quite easily. The host communicated clearly and was responsive to all contacts. It worked out perfectly. »

« We arrived to NewPort news around 2:30 and checked into the home on 245 Chapel St. @ 3pm. Once I got my mother and family members settled in my husband and I went to the other home 701 Smith St. without complications. My husband and I were not impressive about the neighborhood or the distance from the home on Chapel St., which they stated that the homes were walking distance; approximately 7 minute drive across the town. The home on Smith St. was nicely clean on the inside. We slept there...

« Bare bones, not the cleanest place. Queen mattress was not comfortable, and the bedroom is right next to a main road so we didn’t sleep well here. Water was hot which was a plus, but no hair dryer. Communication with property manager was iffy, took a while to respond if at all. When we got in, the designated parking spots were all blocked, which could be an issue for someone who isn’t familiar with the area. Overall convenient for two nights as it’s close to interstate, but wouldn’t stay again. »

« Such a cozy little old house with so much character and decorated so cute! But most important- so clean! Although I did not use the kitchen for any cooking, it is equipped with all the essentials needed for any meals that you may want to prepare. The bathroom is a little on the small side but functional, the lighting is BRIGHT and PERFECT for makeup application! The bed is very comfy, too! This home IS located just a few short minutes from the beach- which is convenient for any beach...

« The host being non responsive! Got there late (9)due to traveling delays. Had address and code, opened the door to be greeted by a large dog and man. That was not happy we opened his door. Messaged host waited 30 minutes and had to have driver take us to a hotel. More expenses. Got response 30 minutes after checking into hotel. Next day checked out and he said we could use house behind the original one. Inside the house it was 20 degrees. No heat on, could not get heat to come on, had to...
