Logement bien équipé, et salon très agréable ainsi que les 2 chambres, salle de bain un peu petite pour 4 et un peu vétuste. Dispose également d’un lave linge et d’un sèche linge bien pratique lit »

« House was very clean and well maintained. Communication was clear and detailed and host answered questions quickly. We had four adults over 40 years old and having the three bedrooms, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen was perfect. The location is awesome to get to Newport quickly for events and to do local events in Middletown and Portsmouth. We enjoyed our time and would definitely book this location again with our family. There was a grill and fire-pit but we did not have the change...

« The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. Along with the loud music, people talking, chairs scraping...

« A lovely, well appointed comfy home minutes from the bustle of Newport. We had a quick stay here, but would definitely book again. Beds were very comfortable, very nice linens, spacious LR, DR and kitchen area. Yard had a cute little fire pit we wish he had time to utilize. Simply charming! »

"Very good hotel but the rooms are very small. I initially stayed in a bigger room in the past and thought they were all the same size so I came back a few months later to find a way smaller room, and a small bed too. The bedroom just in front of the elevator is loud because of drunk people staying in the hallway. Valet is expensive. My first stay however was wonderful, so I was disappointed given the second time and might not come back."
