« The house was very nice. I do think you may need to have a conversation with your cleaning crew. The lower level shower did not appear clean and had multiple pieces of hair attached to the walls of it. Additionally the floors had lots of “dust bunny’s” and hair. It seems as though they need to do a better job with the cleaning- this however is a reflection of the cleaning crew not the house and if I were the host I would want to know which is why I’m sharing with you. « We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was seamless from communication prior to arrival, check-in, and check-out. The team at STAY Newport was super responsive, though there wasn't much we needed, since the cottage was just as we expected and even better! Lots of room for our girls' trip and super close proximity to walk down to the beach. We were there in May, so it wasn’t quite beach season, but still ventured down for a walk, and it was an easy ride into downtown (less than 10 minutes). ...
