The home comfortably accommodates families, couples, or small groups across two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a Queen bed, while the second offers a Full-over-Full bunk bed with an additional Twin trundle, providing a flexible sleeping arrangement that's especially convenient for families.

THINGS TO KNOW:
-Walkable to the beach and sand, making it easy to come and go throughout the day without relying on your car.
-Shops, restaurants, cafés, and other Newport Beach favorites are also within walking distance.
-This is the second-floor residence of a duplex.
-Per city ordinance, the primary renter must be at least 25 years old
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-If booking for 30-90 nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater.
-If booking for 91+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees apply at the rate of $350/month and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking.
