This upscale house is conveniently located between both piers, just a short walk from the marina. Here, you can enjoy the boat parade in December and watch dolphins swim by. From mid-June to mid-August 2025, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required, with arrivals and departures on Fridays.

A pet fee of $30 and a pet deposit of $300 per pet apply.

You can enjoy a discount for stays of 7 nights or more throughout the year.

Everything about this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is top-of-the-line, impeccably clean, and has been completely renovated in 2023. This close-to-oceanfront residence is situated just off the sand and near the Pacific Ocean.

**THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY:**
Smoking (including vapor cigarettes or cannabis) is not permitted in the house or anywhere on the property, including the garage, behind the garage, the front sidewalk, or the alley.

**NOISE POLICY:**
Please refrain from loud music or voices between 10 PM and 9 AM. Neighbors live nearby and have to work, even on weekends, so we kindly ask that you be considerate of noise levels, including TV and music, after 10 PM.

The house is situated in the southern part of the Newport Beach peninsula, a unique location featuring several classic restaurants and beach stores. There’s a beach area directly across from the house, where you can launch a paddleboard or kayak in the bay, offering a quieter and more relaxed experience of Newport Beach living while still being close to the lively southern part of the peninsula.

The best ways to get around Newport are by walking or renting a bicycle from Rich's Bike Rentals. You can also ride around on a skateboard. Have fun!

Family Vacation

We rented the house for a visit to California for my mother's 80th birthday. We had all age groups, from teenagers to my 80-year-old mother, and everyone was comfortable. The home is close enough to both the Newport and Balboa Piers to have access to all of the restaurants and activities but far enough away to be a quiet, relaxing retreat.
