Garage parking, beach gear with a wagon, central air conditioning, and a full kitchen keep the focus on the Newport Beach Peninsula.



The Space:

Blue Heron Perch occupies the upper level of a duplex on the Newport Beach Peninsula, 0.2 miles from the sand. Natural light fills the open living area, where the kitchen, breakfast nook, and seating space create a comfortable place to gather between time at the beach and exploring the neighborhood.



The private balcony extends the living space outdoors with seating and a grill for meals in the coastal air. Inside, the full kitchen supports everything from breakfast before the beach to dinner at the property. The Smart TV is ready for guests to use with their own streaming accounts.



Blue Heron Perch accommodates up to six guests:

Primary bedroom: King bed

Second bedroom: Queen bed

Living room: Queen sleeper sofa

Bathroom: One full bathroom with a bathtub



Air conditioning and white noise machines add comfort throughout the stay. Families will also find children's books, toys, and board games.



Beach chairs, beach gear, and a wagon are provided for the five-minute walk to the sand. A washer and dryer are available in the shared garage.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of Blue Heron Perch and its balcony and grill.



One garage parking space is included. The garage and its washer and dryer are shared with the lower property. Beach gear and a wagon are provided for guest use.



Self-guided arrival information and access instructions are provided before check-in through your Arrival Getaways Boarding Pass.



The Neighborhood:

Blue Heron Perch is located on the Newport Beach Peninsula, a five-minute walk from the beach and within reach of the boardwalk, neighborhood cafes, restaurants, and shops.



Days can move between the sand, the boardwalk, and meals around the Peninsula without requiring much time in the car. Balboa Village, the Balboa Ferry, waterfront dining, and the historic Fun Zone offer more ways to explore Newport Beach.



Getting Around:

The beach, boardwalk, restaurants, cafes, and shops can be reached on foot or by bicycle. A vehicle is useful for exploring Balboa Island, Corona del Mar, and other parts of Orange County.



One garage parking space is included, although oversized vehicles may not fit. Rideshare services and taxis are available throughout Newport Beach.



John Wayne Airport is approximately 7.9 miles from the property. Los Angeles International Airport is approximately 41.2 miles away.

Upper-level property

Blue Heron Perch occupies the upper level of a duplex. The lower property may be occupied during your stay.



Garage parking and laundry

One space is included in the two-car garage. Blue Heron Perch guests use the right side when pulling into the garage; the left side is reserved for the front property. Blue Heron Perch has its own washer and dryer in the garage.



Occupancy

Blue Heron Perch accommodates no more than six registered guests. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed, Queen bed, and Queen sleeper sofa.



Beach equipment

Beach chairs, beach gear, and a wagon are provided for guest use. Guests are responsible for returning these items to the property after use.



Pets

Pets are not permitted at this property.



Community setting

Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



Neighborhood activity

The property is located in an active beach community. Guests may hear traffic, neighbors, construction, celebrations, or other neighborhood activity during their stay.
