Beachside Home by the Park and Sea

Located one short block to the beach, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers an ideal coastal living experience.

For those of you looking to spread out and enjoy your own space, this is the home for you! On the ground floor, you'll find a private attached 2-car garage, Bedroom 1 with an en suite bathroom, and a lovely patio area to enjoy the fresh sea air. The ground floor offers convenience and privacy, with direct access to the garage and bedroom, making it a perfect spot for relaxation or recharging after a day at the beach.

On the second floor, the open living space is designed to make the most of the home's prime location. Feel the coastal breeze in the large living room perfect for family gatherings and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to create gourmet meals, while the two additional bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, each with access to their own bathroom. The second floor also features sliding glass doors that open to the balcony with an unobstructed view of the Chanel Park and the boasts in the Chanel. The living room is equipped with a smart TV.

Master Bedroom (1): 1 King Bedroom - Located on the ground floor, the master bedroom offers a king sized bed,Futon sofa-bed, a smart tv, en suite bathroom, and access to the private patio, providing the perfect space for relaxation.

Bedroom (2): 1 King Bed -On the second floor, this spacious room features one king beds with their own en suite bathroom, offering a luxurious stay for guests.

Bedroom (3): 2 Single Beds- The third bedroom is perfect for children or guests, featuring two comfortable single beds.

For those of you looking to enjoy a QUIET Vacation with your family, you have found the right place.

West Newport is (in our opinion) one of the best locations to live/rent in Newport Beach. From 47th St to 74th St, West Newport is home to many long-term and permanent residents of west Newport spending their time enjoying the beach without all of the hustle and bustle of the Pier & Tourist Areas. Inclusive of the West Newport Park, you will find everything from children's Jungle Gyms to Racquetball, Pickle Ball, Tennis, Volleyball, and basketball courts. For those looking to explore the Bay, we recommend launching your stand-up paddleboards and kayaks from Channel Park on 46th street. Sunset Ridge Park is also a block away.

The community of West Newport also has some great local restaurants. From breakfast at Cappy's Café to fine dining at Cucina Alessa, a home-cooked meal at the Spaghetti Bender (get the Gnocchi) to a sandwich at Tidepools or grab a Burrito on the run at Chronic Taco. There's nothing you won't find within a few minutes of home.

For those of you looking to SHOP, the shops at Fashion Island are only a quick 10-minute Taxi Ride by Corona Del Mar, a great area to stop and have Dinner.

Our home also includes 2 private garage parking spots, a washer & dryer, beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas—everything you need to enjoy a beachside getaway. This home truly has it all!

IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.

-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.

- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.

- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.

- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.

- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
- No Patio/Balcony Access after 10 pm
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- You are provided 2 Parking Spots in the two-car garage, 1 oversized exterior carport parking next to the garage and driveway parking. Mid-Sized SUVs and compact cars are recommended for the garage.
- This home Does Not allow pets of any kind.
