2 car parking - garage and carport.
Perfect location - walking distance to the beach, marina, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores or ride around on the bikes provided along with boogie boards, toys, volleyball, basketball, tennis rackets and more!
Fully equipped kitchen with coffee provided, comfortable, and relaxing.
Fans and smart TV's in every room.
Walking distance to the boardwalk, which starts 2 blocks away, volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts, the fun zone, pier, Lido marina, shopping, surfing, boogie boarding and restaurants.

After a day in paradise, the fun does not end. When the sun goes down, there is plenty to do! If you want a great meal, you are at the right place! Known for our seafood, you will have to try one of fabulous restaurants. From fine dining to a quick meal, you will find it here! For the entire family, enjoy the amusement rides at the Fun Zone, numerous gift shops, and lots of bike riding, scooters, volleyball, and more.

We provide beach cruisers, chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys, games, football, volleyball, tennis rackets, basketballs, smash ball, etc.
We have provided the home with a starter set of soaps and paper products. Fans in every rooms and a portable air conditioning unit in the upstairs bedroom if needed.

Location, Location, Location!

Rather you’re doing a family trip, girls/guys trip, adult only trip, this house will not disappoint! We loved the location
accommodates everyone. Our family with kids ages ranging from 12-29 were greatly pleased with the basketball court across the street, the proximity of the beach (so close), restaurants/bars/shopping all within walking distance, beautiful neighborhood for long walks, and the cherry on top were 6 bikes that could accommodate our family of 6. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean and fresh. Beach toys, chairs, towels all provided along with special touches all around the house
soaps, detergent, coffe creamer, extra blankets, games, and a personal list of favorite restaurants and fun things to do. We were so impressed and will definitely book this house again!!!

1 block from beach

The property is exactly as pictured online. It is one block from the beach. The beds were really comfortable, and the sofa was great for hanging out with family. Andrea is a great host and was willing to help ensure our stay was excellent. The light over the dining room did not work and the coffee maker did not work. I brought it to Andrea's attention right away and she was willing to send someone over to replace the light bulb and even ordered a new coffee maker, which was delivered the next day. However, we had already bought instant coffee and we didn't want anyone to fix the light while we were there.The only minor inconvenience is that the living area and kitchen were less roomy than other places we've rented. The kitchen was galley style, but there was a nice breakfast nook where six people could comfortably fit. The pictures online do paint an accurate picture. Being so close to the beach, we didn't stay indoors much anyways. My only suggestion would be to get umbrellas for the outdoor patio seating, and from a pure aesthetic perspective, update the kitchen and upstairs bathroom at some point. However, everything was clean and as pictured. Parking in the garage was too tight for our Honda Odyssey minivan, but we were able to park on the street pretty easily. What's also great about the property is that Andrea has bikes that you can use to explore the boardwalk area. It was one of the highlights of our trips we would definitely come back and stay again.

The neighborhood is very nice and quiet in the evenings. The house was in great condition and in a wonderful spot. The beach is a short walk from the house and there are plenty of things to do in the area.

Very noisy main road

Pros: Amazing location! Great walking distance to the beach. The bikes and boogie boards were a kind addition and we used them daily. The host was quick to reply and pleasant to communicate with. Cons: If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet, and relaxing vacation spot you won’t find it here as the primary bedroom is right on the main busy road with loud traffic all night long! The whole house could use a good deep clean including the BBQ. The lights were very dim and dirty. Some light bulbs were out. The rugs were filthy. Also, a refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser would be beneficial to guests to save on plastic water bottles. The plastic cups in the kitchen were cracked and leaked.

Fantastic beach home!

Andrea’s property was cozy, comfortable and an amazing place to vacation. Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beach house and all the included amenities. The bikes, volleyball, beach chairs, sand toys, fully equipped kitchen made it so easy to relax and enjoy our stay. Little touches like water and slippers in each room made it feel extra special. Check in and check out were a breeze. I highly recommend this sweet little beach cottage!

Great house

We had to find a place quickly and with a dog we weren’t sure there would be anything available and if so, we thought it would probably be gross. It was wonderful to walk in and find things well kept and provided lots of amenities. Andrea was super helpful and communicated well with all my questions and left good instructions for when we arrived. Recommend this listing.

Great location and amenities

Unfortunately, we only had a few days to enjoy this cute little bungalow. Most of our time was spent doing parent events at our son’s college, but we were able to enjoy the beach for a couple of hours for a couple of days. The location to the beach is fantastic, and bikes and chairs are provided. We didn’t have time to use the bikes, but we totally would have appreciated that amenity if time allowed. The house is definitely on a busy road, but it didn’t take away from our enjoyment. My only critique is it would be nice to offer some taller beach chairs. If you’re looking for a great location, clean home, and great amenities, this rental is it!

My sons and I visited Newport Beach for the first time, and this house could not have been any more perfect for us. It's within walking distance of everything, is super comfortable, and has everything you could ever need. The only thing I'll say, and this is for future renters, if you're hot natured, you may get a little warm downstairs. The upstairs has a portable air conditioner that worked great! But downstairs, even with all the fans running, and outside temps neber getting above 75, it still got a little warm. But like I said, we're all hot natured, and from the south where we use AC all the time, so that's what we're used to. Haha definitely not a deterrent from staying bere though!

Everything as advertised. All the previous reviews are spot on! Price was nice for the location - walk to the beach was so close. Very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Great place for a weeklong beach vacation!

We had a great stay here! Our group had some very specific needs -- dog-friendly, parking for two midsize cars, 3 full bedrooms for 6 people -- and this met all of them, with the added benefit of everything we needed for a beach trip (chairs, umbrellas, towels, and bikes). It was worth the tradeoff of walking a block and a half to the beach to save a little bit of money on the pricey beachfront properties too. We had to do a little bit of cleaning in the refrigerator/freezer, and there was a leak in the dishwasher that unfortunately meant we had to hand wash dishes, but the host was apologetic, communicative and gave us options to help us work it out, so in the end, I considered it a minor inconvenience. The property is on a main road, so you do have to deal with some street noise, but we knew that when booking. Overall, it was as advertised, which is oftentimes a rarity! Staying here is a great way to spend a week.

What an awesome stay

Great property, great location and host. Took my family of 5 to this great beach house. The host had everything we needed to live life and enjoy our vacation. Home has dedicated parking which is huge in Newport, walking distance to the beach, the grocery store and restaurants. Home was super clean and inviting. Thanks for a great experience all around.

Great stay!

Awesome location! House is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. We took our two dogs and there are a few different grassy areas across the street from the house which worked out great. Our car is long and we had a cargo carrier on the roof and we parked in the carport with no problem. We didn't try to park in the garage because it would have been challenging but I'd assume a small or mid size car would be okay. AC unit upstairs is great, and there are tons of fans that we had running on the main level which kept the house comfortable. From the master you can hear cars go by but it's not bad and we had no problems sleeping. Host was very friendly and responsive. Would stay again!

A great time at the beach!

Enjoyed the property and all of the amenities. It was perfect for myself, 3 children and my older parents. Especially loved that we had 2 parking spaces as that can be quite tricky in that area. Would love to visit again!

We really enjoyed the location of this rental. The beach was just steps away, as well as the beach bike trail. The unit is stocked with everything you might need for a stay by the sand. Thanks for letting us bring the pets, it was nice to spend time with them while working remotely.

Perfect for a family of five!

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving holiday at this lovely beach home. We loved the decor, the kitchen had all we needed ( may need a better potato peeler:) The beach is a hop, skip and a jump. I loved waking up to the sun and grabbing our pups and head to the beach with my cup of coffee. We walked everywhere! The owner is a sweetheart. Communication was excellent! The only thing to be aware of is the traffic noise on Balboa Blvd. I’m a light sleeper so it was a bit of a challenge for me until I found the air purifier in one of the guest rooms. Turned that thing on and drowned out the noise. We will return! Oh also we loved our neighbor!
