Relax with family and friends at this peaceful cabin in Linville Land Harbor. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has been renovated and comes with everything you need to have an active vacay in the mountains of North Carolina. Located close to tubing, skiing, hiking and just 5 min from the Blue Ridge Parkway…this home is ready for your group to enjoy all the area has to offer. The community has plenty to do with golf, swimming, pickleball and tennis! Or stay home and get cozy by the fire pit!

The home has an open concept living, dining, kitchen area with large table and kitchen island to accommodate up to 10 - 12 guests. There are 2 guest bedrooms (one King bed and one Queen bed) on the main floor with 2 full baths and 2 bedrooms downstairs with one full bath. One of the downstairs bedrooms has 2 sets of bunkbeds and the other has a Queen size bed. Plenty of parking with paved flat driveway and a ramp for guests that need assistance.

The thoughtfully designed floor plan comfortably accommodates families and groups. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on the main level, while the lower level offers two additional bedrooms, including a bunk room that`s perfect for kids, along with another full bathroom. A flat paved driveway and ramp provide easy access for guests of all ages.

As our guest, you`ll enjoy all the amenities that make Linville Land Harbor one of North Carolina`s favorite mountain communities. Linville Land Harbor features the following:
Golf, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, kayaking, paddle boarding and a game room with pool table abd ping pong!
There is a community pool but it is only open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. Some of the other events are not available in the colder months. The golf course closes from November thru March-April. There are fees for some of the activities and passcode is necessary for the game room. Please contact host for more info.

Plenty of parking in the paved driveway. Can accommodate 3 vehicles.

Community pool, golf course, tennis, pickleball, hiking trails, lake for swimming and beach. Not all amenities are available year round due to weather conditions.

We do have a Tesla charger at another home we own in the neighborhood. You are welcome to use it with your Tesla or with a converter for other electric vehicles.
Please only use the remote to operate the gas fireplace. The remote control should be on the mantel or next to it attached to the wall. It will be up high so small children cannot reach it.
