Getting around is effortless from our central location at Esplanade West. Sunderland station, which provides rail links to Newcastle and beyond, is just a short 2 minute walk away, making regional travel simple. For those arriving by air, Newcastle International Airport is approximately a forty minute drive or can be reached via a convenient Metro connection from the city centre. While we do not offer private parking on site, there are several paid public parking options available nearby for those arriving by car, the closest being Gorse Road car park, a 30 second walk away from the front door. Given our prime position in the heart of the city, most local attractions, shops, and dining venues are easily accessible on foot.



Other Things to Note:

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.



- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.



- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.

To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £250 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £35 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
