Kitchen & Dining Area – Large, fully-equipped kitchen and dining space with seating for up to eight guests. The kitchen includes an oven, cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, cooking basics, crockery and cutlery, wine glasses, baking sheet, and BBQ utensils.
Bedroom 1 – Super king-size bed, which can be configured as twin beds, providing a flexible sleeping arrangement for couples, families, or friends.
Shower Room – Convenient shower room leading from the kitchen area.
Living Area – Comfortable living space with sofas, TV, and doors opening directly onto the grounds and hot tub patio.
Shower Room – Second shower room accessed from the living area.

Hallway Level
Bedroom 2 – Double bed off the passageway before the living room, providing a comfortable sleeping space for two guests.

Upper Level `Hayloft`
Bedroom 3 – King-size bed located up the spiral staircase with a freestanding bath.
Bedroom 4 – The Hayloft bedroom features a Double-size bed and is accessed via a steep staircase with restricted headroom. This room is suitable for children or able adults only. The additional sleeping capacity from 6 to 8 guests depends on guests being able to use this steep staircase access bedroom.
Freestanding Bath – The upper bedroom area also features a freestanding bath, adding a distinctive touch to this characterful accommodation.

The Hayloft can be hired alongside Drum Barn, Old Woodworkers Cottage, and Treehouse as part of the wider Rose`s Bower estate to increase the total group capacity to up to 22 guests. The Big Barn is also available separately as an event space for occasions including small weddings, wellness retreats, and birthday parties.
